iClassPro Pricing 2026: iClassPro Cost per Month per Location, Plans and Processing Fees.
Every review site still prints 129 dollars for the iClassPro Signature plan. So does iClassPro's own FAQ page. The pricing page says 139. Both were read on the same morning, September 6, 2026, and the gap is the difference between a budget that holds and a budget that does not.
Every figure below comes from iClassPro's own published pages. Where iClassPro publishes no number, this page says so instead of estimating one.
Verified September 6, 2026
- Signature: $139 / mo per location, no commitment
- Elite: $199 / mo per location, no commitment
- Premium: $299 / mo per location, 12 month term
- Charged per building, never per athlete
- Branded app: $499 setup plus $150 / mo
- Card processing rate: not published
The short answer
iClassPro costs 139 dollars a month for Signature, 199 for Elite and 299 for Premium, and each of those is charged per location rather than per student. Signature and Elite carry no commitment; Premium locks you in for twelve months. The subscription is only part of the bill: a branded app adds 499 dollars up front and 150 a month, a website Kickstart package starts at 899 dollars, extra Pro Insights seats are 19 dollars a month each, and text messages bill at 3 cents a credit. The card processing rate is not published, and United States accounts have to use iClassPro's own gateway, so it cannot be shopped.
iClassPro cost per month, per location
Three tiers, one meter. iClassPro prices the software by how many buildings you run it in, and inside each building the subscription covers unlimited families, students, classes, camps and enrollment history. A 60 athlete gym and a 600 athlete gym in one building pay exactly the same.

| Plan | Published price | Commitment | Cost for 12 months, one location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Signature | $139 USD / month / location | None | $1,668 |
| Elite | $199 USD / month / location | None | $2,388 |
| Premium | $299 USD / month / location | 12 months | $3,588, committed |
Here is the part worth slowing down on. iClassPro's pricing page prints the same feature list underneath all three plans: class and camp booking, point of sale with inventory, reporting, payment services, the iClassPro app, skill tracking and student evaluations, staff management, kiosk check in, waivers, makeup tokens, a staff time clock, attendance, punch passes, a staff portal, marketing communications and two way texting. The only differences the page states in plain words are that Premium includes one Pro Insights seat and that Premium comes with the twelve month term. If a specific capability is your reason to pay 60 or 160 dollars more per building, make the rep name it in writing on the quote.
Signature is 139 dollars, and iClassPro's own FAQ still says 129
This is not a rumor and it is not an aggregator getting it wrong on its own. On September 6, 2026 the iClassPro pricing page showed Signature at 139 dollars. On the same morning, the iClassPro FAQ page answered the question "What are the fees associated with using iClassPro?" with "a flat monthly rate of $129 per month/per location ... on the Signature Plan". Elite at 199 and Premium at 299 match on both pages. Only the entry tier moved, and only one of the vendor's two pages got the update.
That explains why every third-party summary is out by ten dollars. Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice, ITQlick and the software review blogs all quote 129, because 129 is what the FAQ page they scraped says. Ten dollars a month sounds trivial until you run it out: it is 120 dollars a year for one building, 360 for a three location program, and it lands on the tier most small gyms actually buy. Budget on 139 and treat any 129 you see, including on iClassPro's own site, as a figure to get confirmed rather than a price to plan around.

What "per location" costs once you open a second gym
iClassPro defines a location as a distinct physical site, or a segment of the business that needs its own class and camp lists for online registration. Locations inside one account share the family and student list, parent portal logins, ledgers, staff and settings, including the payment gateway. That sharing is genuinely useful: a family enrolled at your north gym is the same family record at the south gym. It also means that if you need separate deposits or separate ledgers, iClassPro tells you to open separate accounts and have support apply multi location billing.

| Program | Signature | Elite | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| One gym, 80 athletes | $139 / mo | $199 / mo | $299 / mo |
| One gym, 600 athletes | $139 / mo | $199 / mo | $299 / mo |
| Two gyms | $278 / mo | $398 / mo | $598 / mo |
| Three gyms | $417 / mo | $597 / mo | $897 / mo |
| Three gyms, per year | $5,004 | $7,164 | $10,764 |
Read those first two rows together and you have the whole argument for iClassPro and the whole argument against it in one line. A large single-site gym gets an extremely good deal, because the price never moves with headcount. A small program with two buildings pays double for the same number of athletes. Vendors that meter on students or active members do the opposite, which is why the cheapest platform for your gym depends far more on your shape than on any headline price. The full per location and per athlete comparison sits in our cheer gym software for multiple locations breakdown.
The iClassPro add ons, priced
Credit where it is due: iClassPro publishes its add on prices, which is more than most of this market does. They are printed in small type at the bottom of the plan columns, so they are easy to miss on a first read, and two of them cost more than the plan itself in year one.

| Add on | Published cost | What it means in a season |
|---|---|---|
| Branded App | $499 setup plus $150 / month | Year one is $2,299 on top of the plan. That is more than a Signature location costs for the same year. |
| Website Kickstart package | From $899, one time | Optional. One do it yourself website per account or location is already included. |
| Pro Insights, extra seats | $19 / month per seat | One seat comes with Premium. Four managers on Premium is $57 a month more, or $684 a year. |
| Two way texting, US and Canada | $0.03 per credit, inbound free | Credits count characters, and emoji or special characters push a message into a second credit. |
| Card processing | Not published | US accounts must use iClassPro Payment Services, so the rate cannot be shopped against another processor. |
The texting line deserves a sentence of its own, because coaches underestimate it every year. A credit is a message to a single recipient, and long messages consume more than one. Send one practice change to 140 families and you have spent roughly 4 to 8 dollars depending on length. Do that twice a week through a competition season and texting quietly becomes a 60 to 130 dollar line item. It is not expensive, it is just never in anyone's budget.
No refunds, no proration, and a phone call to cancel
Premium is a twelve month commitment
Signature and Elite are listed with no commitment. Premium customers are committed to a full one year term before cancellation is available. For a two location program that is 7,176 dollars you have agreed to spend before you know whether the software fits.
Refunds are not offered as a rule
iClassPro states that subscription fees are paid to maintain access rather than for usage, and that it does not offer refunds. If the season ends early or a location closes, the money already charged stays charged.
Partial months are not prorated
The fee buys the 30 days of access following your charge date. Cancel midway and you choose between keeping access for the rest of the prepaid period or shutting down immediately with nothing back. Plan a cancellation for a weekday just before the bill date.
Cancellation happens by phone
You cannot cancel inside the app. iClassPro asks you to call support, answer security questions and discuss the implications first. Budget the call, and export your attendance, financial and enrollment history before you make it.
Your data is held for 60 days
After cancellation iClassPro keeps the active account information for 60 days. Anything you have not exported by then is gone. Print or export attendance, financials and enrollment history while the account is still live.
One gateway, no shopping around
Taking online payments on a United States account requires the iClassPro Payment Services gateway. That removes the usual lever of negotiating a card rate with an outside processor, which matters because the rate itself is never published.
A 150 athlete, two building program, priced five ways
The headline price of class management software tells you almost nothing until you know what it counts. Below is one real shape, a 150 athlete cheer program running ten teams out of two buildings, run through five published pricing models. Every figure was read from the vendor's own page, most of them within the last week.
Swipe sideways to see the full table
| Vendor | What the meter counts | This program pays |
|---|---|---|
| iClassPro Signature | Buildings | $278 / month |
| Gymdesk Medium | Active members, plus $50 a site | $200 / month |
| Zen Planner Studio | Active members | $229 / month |
| ClassJuggler | Total students | $44.95 / month |
| TeamSnap Ultra, annual | Teams | $125 / month |
Six times the price between top and bottom for the same athletes, and none of those vendors is overcharging. They are counting different things. ClassJuggler wins that row outright on subscription cost, and we say so on the ClassJuggler pricing breakdown, the same way the TeamSnap pricing page admits TeamSnap beats us under six teams. What none of that table shows is the cheer specific work: tryout scoring, USASF level clearances, stunt group assignment and a competition season workflow. That is the second column of the decision, and it is the one the price list cannot answer.
Where iClassPro is strong, and the one question to press
iClassPro is not a fitness platform wearing a youth sports label. It names Cheer directly alongside Gymnastics, Swim and Dance, and the feature set reflects a business that runs class blocks, camps, parties and a pro shop: point of sale with inventory, makeup tokens, punch passes, kiosk check in, waivers, a staff time clock. If your revenue comes from recreational classes as much as from competitive teams, that is a genuinely good match and the flat per location price rewards you for every extra student you enroll.
The question to press on the demo is what "Skill Tracking and Student Evaluations" means in practice. It appears on all three tiers, which is good, but the public pages never say whether it models progress as a single ladder or as parallel tracks. Cheer needs parallel tracks: an athlete can hold a Level 4 tumbling skill and a Level 2 stunt clearance at the same time, and a coach building a competitive roster has to see both. Ask the rep to show you an athlete record with two different levels showing at once. Our cheerleading skill tracking software comparison has the rest of the demo questions, and the iClassPro alternative page is the feature by feature version of this one.
How much does iClassPro cost?
Read from the iClassPro pricing page on September 6, 2026, iClassPro costs $139 a month for Signature, $199 for Elite and $299 for Premium. Every one of those is charged per month per location, not per student, and Premium carries a twelve month commitment while Signature and Elite do not.
How much is iClassPro per month per location?
Signature is $139 per month per location, Elite is $199 and Premium is $299. Two buildings on Signature is $278 a month, three is $417. The subscription covers unlimited families, students, classes, camps and enrollment history inside each location, so the meter is buildings rather than headcount.
Why do some sites say iClassPro is $129?
Because $129 was the older Signature price and it is still on iClassPro own FAQ page, which says $129 while the pricing page says $139. Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice and the review roundups all repeat the $129. Budget on $139 and ask the rep to confirm the current Signature rate in writing.
What counts as a location in iClassPro?
A distinct physical site, or a segment of the business that needs its own class and camp lists for online registration. Locations inside one account share families, students, parent portal logins, ledgers, staff and settings including gateway accounts. Splitting deposits or ledgers means separate accounts, arranged through support.
What are the iClassPro add on fees?
The Branded App is $499 to set up plus $150 a month. The optional website Kickstart package starts at $899. Pro Insights includes one seat with Premium and costs $19 a month per additional seat. Two way texting bills at 3 cents per credit in the US and Canada, with inbound messages free.
What are iClassPro processing fees?
iClassPro does not publish a card processing rate on its public pricing or FAQ pages. What it does state is that US accounts must use the iClassPro Payment Services gateway to take online payments, so you cannot bring your own processor and shop the rate. Ask for the full rate card, American Express included, before signing.
Does iClassPro have a contract?
Signature and Elite are listed with no commitment. Premium carries a twelve month commitment, and iClassPro states Premium customers are committed to a full one year term before cancellation is available. At $299 a month per location that is $3,588 committed for one building and $7,176 for two.
Does iClassPro give refunds?
As a general rule, no. iClassPro states it does not offer refunds and does not prorate partial months. The fee buys the 30 days of access after your charge date, and cancelling midway gives you either the rest of the prepaid period or immediate shutdown with no money back. Cancellation is handled by phone.
What is the difference between Signature, Elite and Premium?
The pricing page prints the same feature list under all three, and the only differences stated in words are Pro Insights, where one seat comes with Premium, and the twelve month commitment on Premium. If a named feature is your reason to pay $60 or $160 more per location, get it confirmed in writing before you sign.
Is iClassPro worth it for a cheer gym?
It is built for this market: iClassPro names Cheer alongside Gymnastics, Swim and Dance and lists skill tracking on all three tiers. The question to press is whether that skill tracking maps to USASF levels and stunt clearances, because the public pages never say, and a competitive program needs parallel tracks rather than one ladder.
