Cheerleaders

For program directors

All Star Cheer Gym Software for Every Level, Location and Comp Weekend.

All star cheer gym software has to hold the whole program: 10 teams across Level 1 to Level 6, two locations, 15 comp weekends and every skill an athlete is chasing, in one view the program director controls. That is what Cheerleaders runs.

Level 1 to Level 6, tracked

Know exactly which athletes are ready to level up.

Every athlete carries a skills checklist: tumbling, stunting and flying skills marked working, competing or verified. Directors see progression across the whole program, so when a Youth 3 base lands her standing tuck, next season's Senior 4 roster already knows her name.

  • Skill status per athlete, per level, updated from practice by any coach with access.
  • Level rosters build from verified skills, not memory, so crossovers are legal and defensible.
  • Birth years stored once, so placement against the USASF age grid is derived rather than retyped every June.
  • Tryout placements pull from ranked cheer tryout score sheets, with every judge entry logged for the placement-meeting conversations.

Comp season, run like a season

Fifteen weekends, ten teams, zero missed deadlines.

Each event on the cheer competition schedule carries its division entries (Senior 4, Junior 3, Youth 1), registration windows, music and routine timing, packing lists and day-of schedules. Results log to the same event, so the season reads like a scoreboard.

Two gyms, one program

Multi-location

Both locations in one director's view.

Teams group by location and level, unlimited on the All-Star Gym plan. Compare attendance, skill progress and comp results across sites without merging anyone's spreadsheet, and keep cheer practice plans consistent across every mat in the program.

Coach seats & permissions

Every coach sees their teams. You see everything.

Head coaches edit their own teams, choreographers get the routines they are hired for, and tumbling instructors update skills across levels. When staff changes mid-season, one click moves access, and the audit trail on Enterprise remembers who did what.

What the judge log holds

Placement disputes are the reason to keep records, so every tryout entry is stored with the judge who made it, the category, the score, the timestamp and any later edit. Export the whole sheet to PDF or spreadsheet and a placement question is answered with a document instead of a meeting. Guardians can be sent only their own athlete's row.

The director's math

One plan for the whole program, priced like one team's comp fees.

  • All-Star Gym plan: $199/month with unlimited teams, unlimited coach seats, custom branding, exports and API, and an onboarding session. Full detail on the cheer gym software pricing page.
  • Marketplace pro seller tools list outgrown uniforms across all levels to verified programs, so retired sets come back as budget instead of storage.
  • Budgeting the season around it? Published producer rates for cheerleading music run $258 premade to $3,700 fully original per team, and land in the same early summer window as choreography.
  • Athlete data encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, with a DPA available on Enterprise for programs that contract with schools.
  • Own the whole building, classes included? The cheer gym software page covers the owner's view.
  • Running a shorter, volunteer-led season instead? The rec & Pop Warner cheer software page is built for league admins and volunteer coaches.
Program director questions
Can athletes cross over between teams and levels?

Yes. An athlete can sit on multiple rosters, and her skills record travels with her, so crossover eligibility is visible before you commit a division entry.

Do divisions match how all-star actually competes?

Yes. Teams carry age and level divisions the way event producers list them, Senior 4 or Junior 2 for example, and each competition entry records the division you registered.

We are mid-season. Is switching disruptive?

Most programs import rosters from spreadsheets in an afternoon, and the All-Star Gym plan includes an onboarding session where we bring in your teams, levels and comp calendar with you. Coaches keep coaching; the season does not pause.
