Athletes
Is the athlete profile free?
Yes. Every athlete profile is free and includes 6 photos, 2 skills videos, your positions, skills, teams and achievements, and 5 applications a month.
Who can apply to gigs?
Athletes 18 and over whose age is confirmed on the profile with a date of birth and a statement. Every gig on the board is for adults only.
What does Athlete Pro add?
Featured placement in search, 30 photos and 10 videos, profile view statistics and unlimited applications. It costs $12 a month or $6 a month billed yearly.
Who sees my city and social links?
Adult profiles can show a city and social links if you add them. Profiles under 18 never show a city, a school address or social media, only the state.

Businesses
What can I book on Cheerleaders?
Event performances, brand campaigns and UGC, brand ambassadors, NIL deals with college athletes 18 and over, choreography, private lessons and clinic coaching.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Without a plan you can browse adult profiles and draft an offer. Publishing an offer, sending invitations and messaging applicants needs a business plan.
How do I pay the athletes?
You agree the pay in the offer and settle it directly with the athlete. Your plan covers the offers, invitations and contact on the portal.
Can I invite athletes under 18?
No. Profiles under 18 are not in the directory, cannot be invited and cannot apply. The rule is built into every offer and invitation.

Parents and coaches
My athlete is under 18. Who runs the profile?
A parent or guardian creates and runs it with their own email and a recorded consent. An athlete under 18 cannot open an account alone.
Who can see a recruiting profile?
Only college coaches verified with a college .edu email. The profile is not in public search, not in the sitemap and has no public address.
How do college coaches get access?
A coach joins with a college .edu email and confirms it with a code. Coach access opens at once and college programs do not pay.
How does a coach reach our family?
The coach sends a contact request. It comes to the parent, and the parent decides whether to answer.

Plans and billing
How much are the business plans?
Starter $49, Pro $199 and Agency $499 a month, or $24, $99 and $249 a month billed yearly.
What does Recruiting Pro cost?
$39 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly. It features the profile to verified coaches, adds videos and shows which coaches viewed it.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Are there fees per booking?
No. Every plan is a flat subscription. There are no commissions or per booking fees.
