Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime from your account. Yearly billing is a single upfront payment that lowers the price about 17 percent.
Are there per-athlete fees?
None. Plans are priced per program, so a 12-athlete squad and a 60-athlete program pay the same on their tier. Add athletes all season without the bill moving.
Can our school or district pay by PO or invoice?
Yes, on Enterprise. We support invoicing and purchase-order billing, plus the security review and DPA most districts require. Team, Program and All-Star Gym are card-billed.
What happens in the off-season?
Your rosters, score history and marketplace listings stay live year round. Many programs step down to the Team plan between seasons and move back up the week before tryouts, since plan changes take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards on every plan. Enterprise adds ACH and invoicing with PO numbers for district business offices.
