Planning
What to decide before you post
- Group size
- Two to four athletes work for greeting and crowd energy. Partner stunts need at least a flyer, two bases and a backspot per stunt group.
- Performance format
- A short routine, sideline cheers, a meet and greet, or a mix. Say how long each set runs and how many sets.
- Space and surface
- Tumbling and stunts need a flat, dry surface and room overhead. Asphalt and concrete suit cheers and dance, not tumbling.
- Outfits and music
- Whether you provide uniforms in your colors and a sound system, or the athletes bring their own.

What kinds of events can I hire cheerleaders for?
Store and venue openings, corporate events, trade show booths, parades, community festivals, game days, fundraisers and brand promotions. Every performer you book is 18 or over.
How far ahead should I post?
As early as you can. Weekends in football and basketball season fill fast, and a group booking needs time to rehearse together. Post the offer with the exact date so athletes can check their calendars.
Can the athletes do stunts at my event?
Only when the space is safe for it: a flat, dry, open surface, enough ceiling height and enough athletes to spot. Say what the floor is in the offer. On hard or crowded ground, plan a cheer, dance and crowd routine instead.
How is the pay set?
You set it in the offer, per athlete or for the group, and settle it directly with the athletes you book. Your plan covers the offer, invitations and messaging with no commission.
