A uniform order is the largest single purchase most school and youth cheer programs make, and it is made once every three to five years by a coach who has usually never done it before. Twenty sets at $150 is $3,000, and a competition package for an all star team can run several times that. The companies selling them do not make comparison easy: half of them do not publish a single price, the lead times are buried in FAQs, and the return policies are the part nobody reads until a box of wrong sizes arrives.
So we read the six companies' own sites, one policy page at a time, and put the numbers side by side. Two sites, Cheerleading.com and Superior Cheer and Dance, blocked every request we made, so they are not in the comparison rather than being described from second hand sources.

What each cheer uniform company is best for
Varsity Spirit: the rep model, and the widest range
Varsity sells custom uniforms through a local rep who designs the look with you, sizes the athletes in person and collects payment. It claims more than 35 colors and 15 fabrics, the largest size range in the industry and free custom inseams and length adjustments. It is also the company behind the UCA and NCA competitions and camps. Custom prices are quote only; the online shop sells stock pieces such as a $29 A-line skirt and a $46.95 men's top. Its all star page says teams get orders in 8 weeks or less. Best for a school that wants someone to handle sizing in the gym and does not mind negotiating price through a rep.
Rebel Athletic: design templates and a free prototype
Rebel, founded in 2012, builds custom uniforms from roughly 500 design templates across sideline and all star, with a "$125 and Below" collection as the only public price signal. It prototypes every uniform for free before production and sizes athletes with a phone scanning app. Production happens in its own offshore factory. Its retail site asks buyers to confirm an 8 to 10 week special order timeline. Best for all star programs that care most about the look and can order early.
Nfinity: fully sublimated, sold alongside the shoes
Nfinity's Edge uniforms are 100 percent sublimated on its own stretch fabric, pitched against heavy cut and sew uniforms, and sold mostly to gyms and schools that already buy Nfinity shoes. It offers sample fit kits, digital proofs and a reorder window for athletes added mid season. Prices come by consultation, and one oddity: its general FAQ still says Nfinity does not offer custom items, which contradicts its own uniform page.
Omni Cheer with GK, Chasse and Ion: three price tiers, one seller
This is the finding most coaches miss. GK Elite's site lists Omni Cheer as a sister brand under Elite Sportswear of Reading, Pennsylvania, and the GK, Chasse and Ion uniform lines are all sold through omnicheer.com. Comparing "GK vs Omni vs Chasse" is comparing three price tiers of one company. The catalog is fully priced: stock shell tops from $18.99 (Ion) and $29.99 (Chasse) to $46.99 (GK Sideline), made to order GK Spirit shells from $50.99 to $123.99, GK all star tops from $113.99, and per athlete packages from $39.57 to $182.93 on sale. Special order and sublimated uniforms have a minimum of 6, school purchase orders are accepted, and GK special order pages are the only uniforms in this comparison labeled Made in USA.
The trap is in the FAQ: custom orders ship complete, and if any item on the order is backordered, production does not start until everything is in stock. One backordered skirt size can hold the whole team's order.
Victory Cheer Uniforms: small maker, clear rules
Victory, based in Salmon, Idaho, describes itself as a smaller provider built for middle and high school sideline squads. It publishes more of its terms than anyone: 10 set minimum or a $40 fee, 50 percent down with the balance in 30 days, free shipping from 10 sets, a $99 fit kit deposit credited to the order, 4 to 6 weeks for cut and sew plus 5 to 10 days delivery and customs screening, and no rush on custom. Its all star uniform with unlimited rhinestones is listed at $225. It also states in plain words that converting measurements to sizes is the customer's job.
Cheer Outfitters: the fastest, with a rush guarantee
Cheer Outfitters sells its Cheer Fantastic line with full prices online: in stock vests from $21.99, custom polyester vests from $56.99 to $75.99, and custom MotionFit top and skirt sets from $85 to $120. Standard custom vests and skirts take about 2 to 3 weeks, and it is the only company here with a published rush fee, $54 per order plus $3 per piece, refunded if the 19 day delivery is missed. Fit samples ship free if returned within 30 days. Note that custom means your design in standard sizes, not garments cut to each athlete's measurements.
The policy all six share: no returns on custom
Varsity, Rebel, Nfinity, Omni, Victory and Cheer Outfitters all say the same thing in different words: custom, made to order or lettered uniforms cannot be returned or exchanged. The windows for reporting a defect or an error are short and they differ.

In practice that makes sizing the real purchase decision. Order a fit kit even when it costs a deposit, size every athlete from it, and write the size down against the athlete, not on a clipboard. The size list is also what you need when a new athlete joins in September and you have to reorder one set to match, which is exactly when a color lot difference shows up; Cheer Outfitters says outright that it does not guarantee an exact color match between orders.
How to choose between cheer uniform companies
Work backward from the first date the uniform has to be worn. If that is the first football game in late August and you are ordering in June, a 2 to 3 week maker or an in stock line is the safe choice. If you are ordering in March for a competition season, lead time stops mattering and fabric, fit and look take over. Then decide whether you want a rep. The rep companies, Varsity, Rebel and Nfinity, do the sizing and design work with you and quote the price; the catalog companies, Omni and Cheer Outfitters, let you compare prices tonight but leave sizing to you.

Keep the sizes where the next order can find them
The most expensive uniform mistake is not the vendor, it is the size tally. The best known US cheer uniform companies are Varsity Spirit, Rebel Athletic, Nfinity, Omni Cheer (which sells the GK, Chasse and Ion lines), Victory Cheer Uniforms and Cheer Outfitters. Varsity also runs the UCA and NCA competitions and camps. GK, Omni and Chasse are one seller: GK's parent, Elite Sportswear in Reading, Pennsylvania, lists Omni Cheer as a sister brand.
How long does it take to get custom cheer uniforms?
Most custom cheer uniforms take 4 to 10 weeks of production plus shipping. Published figures: Omni special order 6 to 8 weeks and sublimation 4 to 6, Rebel special order 8 to 10 weeks, Varsity All Star 8 weeks or less, Victory cut and sew 4 to 6 weeks plus 5 to 10 days delivery, and Cheer Outfitters custom vests about 2 to 3 weeks.
Can you return custom cheer uniforms?
No. Every company we checked, Varsity, Rebel, Nfinity, Omni, Victory and Cheer Outfitters, says custom, made to order or lettered uniforms cannot be returned or exchanged. Defects are the exception, and the reporting windows are short: Varsity gives 60 days, Omni 90 days on made to order, Cheer Outfitters 10 days and Victory 5 days for wrong sizes or missing items.
When should you order cheer uniforms for fall?
Order in spring. Nfinity advises ordering at least 8 to 12 weeks before the season, and Victory names July to August as the congested window between registration closing and the first game. A school squad that orders in late July from a vendor quoting 8 to 10 weeks will not have uniforms for the first football game.
Is Chasse owned by Varsity?
Nothing we read supports that. Chasse uniforms are sold only through omnicheer.com, under Omni Cheer's vendor code, and Omni belongs to Elite Sportswear, the company behind GK. The chasse.com domain does not host a cheer brand at all. So buying Chasse means buying from Omni Cheer, not from Varsity.
Which cheer uniform companies publish prices?
Omni Cheer and Cheer Outfitters publish full price lists online, from about $19 for a stock shell top at Omni to $85 to $120 for a custom top and skirt set at Cheer Outfitters. Victory publishes a few package prices. Varsity, Rebel and Nfinity price custom uniforms only through a sales rep or consultation.
